One-time purchases
Weds.se sells digital wedding invitation services as one-time purchases. There is no subscription or recurring renewal fee.
Before work begins
If you contact us before custom design or setup work has started, we can usually cancel the order and issue a refund through the original payment method.
After custom work begins
Because invitations can include custom design, setup, copy, media, and configuration work, refunds may be limited once production has started or a draft has been delivered. We will always try to resolve issues through revisions first.

For refund questions, email info@weds.se with your order email, wedding slug if available, and a short description of the issue.
